Basketball

• Feb. 22 — Camps for C.H.A.M.P.S. Clinic. Saturdays at Holy Nativity Gym in 'Aina Haina. Boys and girls. Grades pre-kindergarten, 9 a.m.-11 a.m. Grades 5-8, 11:15 a.m.-1:15 p.m. Fee: $75. Information: Tim Shepherd, 396-8591 or Artie Wilson, 395-1900.

• Through March — Wahiawa M.B.L. (Community). At Wahiawa District Park Gym. Tuesday nights. Game times: 6, 7, 8, 9, p.m. Players must reside in Wahiawa, Mililani, Whitmore or Waialua. Fee: $250. Information: Mark Talaeai, 226-6985.

Bowling

• Feb. 23 — Hawai'i TV Bowling, Modified Doubles. At Pali Lanes. Qualifying at 9 a.m., TV taping 12:30 p.m. Fee: $65 pre-pay, $70 walk-in. Admission: Free. Information: Scot, 571-0965 (pager).



Boxing

• March 15 — Junior Olympic State Championships. At Pro Training Center in Pearl City (across Longs/Zippy's, bottom floor Pearl City Business Plaza). Winners advance to nationals in Louisiana in June. Must be USA-Boxing member to compete. Non-tournament bouts for adults also. Fee: $7. Information: Bruce Kawano, 542-1181.



Hunting

• Feb. 21-22 — Hunter Education Classes. By the Hawai'i Dept. of Land and Natural Resources. At Nimitz Business Center, 2nd floor. Fri. 5:45 -10:15 p.m.; Sat. 7:45 a.m.-4 p.m., 10 years old and older. Subjects include firearms and archery safety, survival and first aid, game care, and more. Motorcycle racing

• Feb. 21 — ArenaCross. At Hawai'i Raceway Park. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. Fee: $6 at the gate, $15 for first class, $10 for second non-expert class. Information: Jason, 636-2018 or James, 864-4322.



Softball

• Through Feb. 28 — Windward ASA/Fastpitch Softball Registration. Ages 5-18. Information: Omi Pamatigan, 383-5498.

Tennis

• March 12 — Deadline for Compass Draw Tournament, on March 15-16. At Schofield Barracks Tennis Facility. Men's and women's singles and doubles, sponsored by Hawai'i Pacific Tennis Foundation.
