Tonight's Must-See

"Forces of Nature" (1999), 7 p.m., ABC. When a plane barely makes a crash landing, two mismatched passengers continue the trip on land. He (Ben Affleck) is a strait-laced chap, heading to his wedding. She (Sandra Bullock) is a free spirit. There's an hour of pleasant comedy material here. After that, "Forces" seems to grope futilely for a way to end with dignity.

Trumpet Awards, 6 p.m., TBS. There are rousing moments in this Black History Month event. That includes zestful music from Destiny's Child (which also receives one of the awards), Mary Mary, Chaka Khan and more. It also includes tributes. There are honors for actors (Pam Grier, the husband-wife duo of Ossie Davis and Ruby Dee), basketball star Julius Erving and filmmaker Spike Lee. Those are sandwiched around awards to people outside of show business. It adds up to a strong, stirring night.

Of Note

"National Geographic Explorer: Baghdad on the Brink," 1 p.m., MSNBC. If you missed this film Sunday, here is a rerun.

"Touched by an Angel," 7 p.m., CBS. Krystal Harris is the young pop star who was the first person signed by the Backstreet Boys' label. She guests here as a singer whose world teeters when she has throat cancer.

"Raiders of the Lost Ark" (1981), 7:30 p.m., NBC. Brilliantly directed by Steven Spielberg, this is the consummate action film. Harrison Ford stars.

"The District," 8 p.m., CBS. Mannion's uncle sees a murder.

"I'm a Celebrity: Get Me Out of Here," 9 p.m., ABC. Here's the latest round in this 15-night series, which switches times each night.
