Clowns and magicians will perform

In conjunction with a Magicians and Clown Convention being held March 15 and 16 at the Blaisdell Center, public performances will take place at 1 and 4 p.m. March 16 in the Pikake Room.

The convention of performers will feature lectures, mini-performances and contests.

Fee is $75 for adults, $50 for junior magicians and clowns 18 and under. For a registration packet, call 488-5162.

The "Magical Moments" magic show will be directed by Curtis Kam and feature a number of budding performers, including Stacie Hata and Kevin Tsunoda, both of whom are 14.
