LEONARD E. JACOBS, 80, of Hono-lulu, died Feb. 19, 2003. Born in Allentown, Pa. U.S. Army veteran of World War II and Vietnam. Instructor of armored tactics in the NCO Academy, Munich, Germany; Easton, Pa., College and Schofield Barracks. Survived by daughters, Edwina Webster, Carmen Mills, Sieglinde Jacobs and Elfriede Eldridge; brother, Gilbert; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
