BALTAZAR VILLARUZ CALIXTERIO, 78, of Waipahu, died Dec. 10, 2002. Born in Ilocos Norte, Philippines. Retired Outrigger Waikiki Hotel bartender, and member of Pasuquinio Association of Hawaii. EMIL "IMU" JAMES CRUZ, 63, of Honolulu, died Dec. 14, 2002. Born in Hawai'i. Retired plumber. Survived by son, James Manuwa; daughters, Georgielyn Keawe and Doreen Cruz-Robb; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Luibeck and William; hanai parents, Charles and Charlotte Anderson; hanai sisters, Charmaine Anderson and Charlene "Lani" Fernandez.
