• Patrick Hanifin is the attorney representing a group of plaintiffs who have sued the Office of Hawaiian Affairs and the Department of Hawaiian Home lands alleging race-based programs discriminate against non-Hawaiians. His name was misspelled in a Local News story posted yesterday because of a reporter's error.

• A chart with a Business story posted yesterday showing mortgage rates was incorrect because of an artist's error. In addition, the discussion of why mortgage rates have dropped should have noted that increasing demand for bonds would cause bond yields to fall. That point was incorrect because of a reporter's error.

• A fire destroyed a four-bedroom house on Mokapu Boulevard Sunday. The street name in a Local News article yesterday was incorrect because of a reporter's error.
