EDWARD ALEXANDER BAYSTON, 80, of British Columbia, Canada, died Jan. 20, 2003. Born in London, England. Retired from mechanical engineering at pulp and paper mill in Campbell River, B.C. GEORGE CHUEN YOKE CHANG, 77, of Honolulu, died Jan. 15, 2003. Born in Honolulu. Retired Fort Shafter federal employee; and retired C & C Automotive equipment shop supervisor.
