A&B Properties to develop California office building

Advertiser Staff

A&B Properties Inc. plans a second real estate development project outside Hawai'i as part of a joint venture to build a suburban office building in Valencia, Calif., with a Mainland contractor.

The real estate subsidiary of Honolulu-based Alexander & Baldwin Inc. is joining with Westridge Executive Building LLC to develop the three-story, 64,300-square-foot building at an estimated cost of $12.3 million. The project, about 30 miles north of Los Angeles, is scheduled to be completed in December.

A&B Properties, which has numerous development projects in Hawai'i, has previously developed real estate in Washington state.
