Bowers' name not submitted

The U.S. trustee's office did not submit Christopher Bowers' name to oversee Hawaiian Airlines' bankruptcy yesterday as had been expected.Bowers, 55, who retired Monday after 30 years with United Airlines, had been selected for the position, according to sources close to the proceedings.
Bowers had to be released from a noncompete clause he had with United.
