Storage shed built for Kailua High

The Pali Lions, the Friends of Kailua High School and the Weinberg Friends Program recently helped construct a storage shelter for athletic equipment and security golf carts at Kailua High School.

The Weinberg Friends Program had pledged $10,000 to help finance the project, with the remainder going to build a storage shed for four canoes and a trailer.

The Weinberg Friends Program provides donations through service organizations such as the Pali Lions in exchange for community service, said Paul Iha, Pali Lions member and co-chairman.
