Change-of-command ceremonies held at Sand Island, Kane'ohe

Coast Guard's District 14 held a change-of-command ceremony at Integrated Support Command Sand Island yesterday to greet its new commander, Rear Adm. Charles Wurster, and bid farewell to Rear Adm. Ralph Utley.
