PAUL JOSEPH CASHMAN JR., 62, of Manassas, Va., formerly of Pearl City, died June 20, 2003. 'Ukulele player and singer at nursing homes and with a church group. BURTON ARTHUR "ART" SHAW, 81, of San Antonio, Texas, died June 14, 2003. Born in Sacramento, Calif. Retired U.S. Navy captain and combat veteran of four conflicts: World War II, the Korean War, the French evacuation from Indochina and the Vietnam War.
