Anniversary

Mila and Hugo Arturo Delfin II celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary with a renewal of their vows on April 16 at Wai'alae Beach Park in Kahala. A reception, given by Joceline and Florencio Aguinaldo, Mila's sister and brother-in-law, followed at the Holiday Inn in Waikiki. The couple married in Honolulu on April 14, 1978. They have two sons, Dexter Jason and Christopher. The family lives in Virginia.

Engagement

William Thomas Fagan and Marilyn Fagan of Honolulu have announced the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Ann Fagan, to Michael Joseph Hughes IV, son of Michael Joseph Hughes III of Columbus, Ohio, and Kathleen Babits Hughes of Hancock, Maine. Elizabeth Fagan, formerly of Hawai'i and now of California, is a writer; Michael Hughes IV, formerly of Massachusetts and now of California, is a publisher. They plan to marry on Aug. 18 in Santa Barbara, Calif.

Birthday

Noah Kamakoa Blaisdell celebrated his first birthday at a lu'au hosted by his parents, Kimo and Nora Blaisdell, and his sister, Haku Blaisdell, on June 8 at the Mililani Recreation Center No. 5 in Mililani Mauka. Noah was born June 5, 2002. The family lives in Mililani.
