FISHING APPLICATIONS for catfish fishing at Nu'uanu Reservoir No. 4 will be available through July 18 at the Department of Land and Natural Resources visitor center, 1151 Punchbowl St., room 131, and various licensing agents on O'ahu. Fishing begins Aug. 9, and continues on consecutive weekends. The deadline for submitting applications for an entry fishing card is 4 p.m. Friday. A drawing will be held to assign fishing times and dates.
