O'AHU

MOLOKA'I

Kaluako'i Golf Course (72, 6,187) — P.O. Box 259, Maunaloa, 96770. 552-0255. Head Pro: Scott Gileta. Resort. Green fees (cart mandatory): Kama'aina $45 for 18 holes, $30 (9). Non-resident $65, $35. Twilight (after 3 p.m.) $30. Juniors (17-under) $25, $15. Carts mandatory. Currently only nine holes open, back nine temporarily closed.
