Man charged in club dispute

A 22-year-old man was charged yesterday for allegedly threatening a Waikiki nightclub manager Monday morning with a knife.

Matthew Gordon is accused of first-degree terroristic threatening and his bail is $11,000. The alleged incident occurred at The Red Lion at 240 Lewers St. at 4:10 a.m. during a confrontation with the manager about the suspect’s behavior toward two women.

Arrest made in alleged assaults

Police yesterday arrested a 26-year-old Waipahu man for questioning about alleged sexual assaults on a young boy. The man was booked for a total of 29 counts of first-degree sexual assault and 11 counts of third-degree sexual assault. The alleged attacks occurred over a period of two years.
