Weekly Thoughts

It is completely normal to feel nervous — get butterflies in your stomach — when we meet others for the first time or when we give a speech. Our nervousness is kept under control when we realize that apprehension in meeting others and in giving a speech is felt by everyone, including prominent people whom we admire for their poise.
