Services for Kaua'i helicopter pilot set

Services for MARK DAVID LUNDGREN, 44, of Puhi, Kaua'i, the helicopter pilot killed July 23 on Wai'ale'ale on Kaua'i, will be held Thursday and Friday in Koloa. He was born in Scranton, Pa.; was a retired Navy lieutenant commander and maintenance officer, Pacific Missile Range Facility, Barking Sands, Kaua'i, and tour helicopter pilot with Jack Harter Helicopters. Survived by wife, Diane; sons, David, Lance Cpl. Andrew and Daniel; mother, Antoinette; father, Marlowe; sister, Anne Marie Ward; brothers, Kevin and Matthew. Visitation 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Borthwick Mortuary, Koloa, Kaua'i. Visitation also 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Kalaheo, Kaua'i; Mass 10:30 a.m.; burial to follow at the Kaua'i Veterans Cemetery, Hanapepe, Kaua'i. Casual attire.
