Case adds shares to Maui Land holdings

Steve Case, the Hawai‘i-born former AOL Time Warner chairman, added 142,045 shares to his holdings of Maui Land & Pineapple, a real estate, agriculture and retail company, according to a filing submitted on Monday to the Securities and Exchange Commission.Case bought the shares for $17.60 each or $2.5 million. He now owns 3.13 million, or 44 percent, of Maui Land & Pineapple’s 7.19 million outstanding shares.
