Tonight's Must-See

"Friends," 7 p.m., NBC. Here's a third run of a hilarious episode. Joey and Phoebe hatch a plot to get Ross and Rachel back together by sending both on bad blind dates. The result: wonderful moments involving Rachel (Jennifer Aniston) and a sad sack (Jon Lovitz).

Of Note

"Dwarf: Standing Tall," 6 and 9 p.m., Discovery Channel. For dwarfs, everyday life is filled with obstacles and disadvantages. This documentary visits a Little People convention in Oregon.

"Scrubs," 7:30 p.m., NBC. This rerun has Elliot being distracted by her new romance with a handsome nurse (Rick Schroder).

"Will & Grace," 8 p.m., NBC. Grace has more in common with Will than she does with her new love, Leo. That's obvious in this rerun when they go biking in the Catskills. Leo (Harry Connick Jr.) loves the exercise; Will and Grace would rather have a cappuccino.

"CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," 8 p.m., CBS. One case in this rerun involves the death of a poker champ. Another has the death of a street racer.

"101 Things Removed From the Human Body," 8 p.m., Fox. Who said television wasn't ready to make us a more fully informed society? Tonight, it informs us that a live grenade and a diamond necklace have been found inside people.
