Funeral services for Honolulu Police officer Ryan Goto will be held today at Borthwick Mortuary, and a motorcade procession is set for tomorrow.

Goto was killed July 23 when his motorcycle collided with a car on Farrington Highway near Honokai Hale. He was 35.

Visitation is from 1-6 p.m. with services at 3 p.m. at the mortuary. Tomorrow, a motorcade will leave the mortuary at 9 a.m. on a route that will pass the Honolulu Police Department's headquarters on Beretania Street.

The motorcade will end at Hawaiian Memorial Park in Kane'ohe, where graveside services will be held at 10 a.m.

Police are advising motorists of street closures because of the services. From noon to 7 p.m. today, streets affected will be Maunakea Street between Vineyard Boulevard and Kukui Street, and Kukui between River Street and Nu'uanu Avenue.

The motorcade will travel from Maunakea Street to Vineyard Boulevard, head on Punchbowl Street to King Street, travel to Victoria Street and pass HPD headquarters on Beretania. The procession will then travel to Punchbowl and then the Pali Highway.
