'Ice' discovered in prison lockdown

Residue in a glass pipe confiscated during a search of Halawa Correctional Facility turned out to be crystal methamphetamine, warden Clayton Frank said today.The pipe was discovered at the beginning of the two-day lockdown last month at the Halawa prison. A 32-year-old inmate was arrested for possessing the pipe and will likely face a misconduct hearing and, possibly, additional prison time, Frank said.
