• A photograph with a Travel story posted Sunday shows the coastline of Kaua'i between Po'ipu and Nawiliwili. The location was misidentified in the caption.

• Dr. Kanthi von Guenthner is the city's chief medical examiner. Her name was misspelled in an Island Life story posted yesterday.

• Hypertension is defined as consistently exhibiting blood pressure of 139 and above systolic over 89 and above diastolic; the condition called prehypertension (formerly known as high-normal or borderline) is defined as consistently having blood pressure in the range of 120 to 139 systolic over 80 to 89 diastolic. An Island Life story posted Friday contained outdated information.

• Willie Espero is a state senator. His title was incorrect in a Local News story posted yesterday.

• Ewa Hongwanji Mission will hold its bon dance at 7:30 p.m. June 21. It was omitted from the calendar of bon dances posted Sunday. Also, Waialua Hongwanji has rescheduled its bon dance to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 30 at 67-313 Kealohanui St.

• The hours for the Zoo Fence Art show are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each weekend. An item in the Saturday Scoops posted Saturday was incorrect.
