Best Buy gives scholarship
Marsha Ng of Kalani High School has been awarded a scholarship from the Best Buy Children's Foundation. Scholarships are awarded to students who volunteer time to their communities, excel in academics and participate in extracurricular activities.
Chan named IBC deputy
Walter Tuck Chang has been named the deputy director general of the International Biographical Centre of Cambridge, England.
The IBC publishes numerous Who's Who titles throughout the world.
