• State offices: Closed
• City, county offices: Closed

• UH: No classes; offices closed; Hamilton and Sinclair libraries closed.

PUBLIC SERVICES

• Libraries: Closed
• TheBus: State holiday schedule, with express service; slightly reduced regular weekday and express bus service for military bases and downtown Honolulu. Call 848-5555.
• On-street parking: Free, except for metered Kalakaua Avenue spaces adjacent to Kapi'olani Park; holiday tow-away parking as permitted by sign; municipal lot meters must be fed.
• Traffic: No coning
• Trash: Regular residential and business pickup
• Landfills and convenience centers: Open
• Open Markets: Not operating
