Patrick Saka, publisher and general manager of The Maui News and Hawaii Publications Inc., has been named publisher of 101 Things To Do magazines, which are owned by Gannett Co. Inc. Saka, 41, will also serve as operations manager for Hawaii.com, a partnership of Gannett and Stephens Media Group. Saka, a Wailuku native, will remain on Maui.

Joseph A. Bradley succeeds him at The Maui News and Hawaii Publications Inc.

Two will replace Maui director

The Maui Visitors Bureau has decided it will take two people to replace executive director Marsha Wienert, who is leaving to become the state's first tourism liaison.

The plan is to split the duties between an executive director and a day-to-day marketing director.
