Tonight's Must-See

"Lizzie McGuire" (7:30 p.m.) and "The Even Stevens Movie" (8 p.m.), Disney Channel. For a while, the Disney people had the formula for a hit: Find some likable young actors, center the show around them and cast solid pros as their parents. Now "Lizzie" and "Even" have finished their planned 65 episodes. They'll linger in reruns while their stars show up in movie theaters. The delightful Hilary Duff, 15, had two movies this spring: She starred in "The Lizzie McGuire Movie" and co-starred in "Agent Cody Banks." In tonight's "Lizzie" episode, one of the last new ones, she's worried about her friend, Gordo; he's using credit cards to make a movie. Shia LaBeouf, 17, starred in the terrific "Holes" this spring. He also has roles in the "Dumb and Dumberer" prequel (opening today) and the "Charlie's Angels" sequel (June 27). Tonight on "Even Stevens," he thinks he's heading to a sunny Hawai'i vacation with his family, which includes his haughty sister (Christy Carlson Romano) and their parents (Donna Pescow, of "Saturday Night Fever" and Tom Virtue). Instead, they end up on a reality show run by Tim Meadows.

Of Local Note

"Miss Hawaii Scholarship Pageant," 7:30 p.m., KFVE. Eleven contestants compete to represent Hawai'i in September's Miss America Pageant and for just under $100,000 in scholarships and tuition grants. In a live broadcast from the Hilton Hawaiian Village, contestants will be judged in swimsuit, talent, evening-wear and personal interview categories. This will be the 56th annual edition of the pageant.

Of Note

"Fastlane," 7 and 8 p.m., Fox. Both reruns center on Van's father, played by Robert Forster. In the first, he gets out of jail to help catch a counterfeiter. In the second, another counterfeiter (Jenny McCarthy) tries to rescue him from an angry crook.

"Baby Bob," 7 p.m., CBS. Last week, this talking-baby comedy started its summer run. Tonight, the baby's dad (Adam Arkin), schemes to get Ringo Starr to autograph a Beatles album.

"Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," 9 p.m., NBC. Sandra Bernhard and Rob Estes guest in this rerun. A woman was raped and murdered and now police interview her young son.
