Hole No. 12, 140 yards, 8-iron
The wind was in my face and the shadow of the trees was just covering the top left of the green and pin.
I was the first to hit while my two friends and the group in the back watched.
The ball started right and was tracking toward the pin. Suddenly the ball disappeared in the shadow and the pin did the hula.
With disbelief from the tee, I thought that the ball hit the pin and went out of bounds.
We went up to the green and my friend said it was in and boy it was in, slam dunk.
As I took the ball out of the hole my friends and the group in the back gave me a standing ovation.
