Sunday service for Glen Grant

A memorial service for Glen Grant, the historian and storyteller who died June 19, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Kapi'olani Community College's 'Ohia cafeteria.

Grant, who was best known for his historical tours of Honolulu and his affinity for ghost stories, was a teacher at the college in the 1980s. Since 1991, he taught American studies at Tokai University.

Ashes will be scattered in a private gathering after the service.
