MAJ. GEN. JAMES EDWARD LANDRUM JR., 88, of San Antonio, Texas, formerly of Honolulu, died Dec. 25, 2002. Born in Kosciusko, Miss. Retired from U.S. Army; recipient of Distinguished Service Medal, Silver Star, two Legion of Merits, three Bronze Star medals and other awards; after retirement, active in computer and real estate business; past president, Hawai'i chapter, English Speaking Union.
