Linda Lingle tomorrow at the eighth annual Legislative Breakfast of the National Federation of Independent Business-Hawai'i and Hawai'i Congress on Small Business. The program now includes mark Recktenwald, director of the state Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs; Ted Liu, director of the state Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism, and Nelson Befitel, director of the state Department of Labor and Industrial Relations.
