ROBERTO CABULONG, 79, of Baltimore, formerly of Hawai'i, died Feb. 10, 2003. Born in Manila. A retired U.S. Army captain, Army Career Department employee and decorated combat soldier. SHIRLEY DE SILVA, 65, of Kailua, Kona, Hawai'i, formerly of O'ahu, died Feb. 27, 2003. Born in North Kohala, Hawai'i. Retired as bartendress/manager for the Hong Kung Restaurant in Kaimuki and security officer for Wackenhut O'ahu.
