Olivia Sung Hui Eagle of Waipahu celebrated her first birthday on Nov. 10 at a party in her home given by her parents, Lyle and Jhylia Eagle, and a party on Nov. 23 at Antonio's in the Park in Grosse Point Park, Mich., hosted by her grandparents, Lyle and Maria Eagle III. Olivia was born Nov. 10, 2001.

Noah A.H. Kahanu of Honolulu celebrated his first birthday with a lu'au on Jan. 18 at the Kaimuki Chapel of the Church of the Latter-day Saints given by his parents, Ben and Kimber Kahanu, and his grandmother, Sandi Mactagone. Noah was born Dec. 17, 2001.
