ROBERT J. HAMBLIN, 78, of Santa Rosa, Calif., formerly of Lihu'e, Kaua'i, died March 5, 2003. A physician who had practiced with the Kauai Medical Group from 1968-1988 and was chief of surgery as a staff member of G.N. Wilcox Hospital. Survived by sons, Jonathan, Steve, and Peter; three grandchildren. No service; ashes will be scattered privately.
