EDWARDS

PACARRO
Punahou School Division II boys basketball coach Gary Pacarro's five-man platoon system in the second half of the season ultimately resulted in an 11-0 finish and Interscholastic League of Honolulu championship for the Buffanblu.

It also produced a Player of the Year in Adam Edwards and earned Coach of the Year honors for Pacarro.

Edwards, a 6-foot-5 senior, is joined on the Division II All-Star first team by teammate Peterson Brossy, Iolani's Robert Mageo and Rich Matsuura, Hawai'i Baptist's Andrew Kurata and Saint Louis' Shane Butcher.

The entire first team is made up of seniors.

Mageo, a 5-10 forward, was a top reserve on Iolani's state championship Division I team last season.
