Dante Albert Viotti, Navy vet, executive, dead at 84

Dante Albert Viotti, 84, of Honolulu, died April 26, 2003. He is the father of Advertiser writer Vicki Viotti.

He was born in Union City, N.J., and was retired as production manager for Royal Hawaiian Perfumes. During World War II, he was on the commissioning crew of the USS Jason, now homeported at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard.

He also is survived by son, Paul, of Colorado Springs, Colo.; daughter, Valentina Abordonado, of Honolulu; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Gravesite service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park. Casual attire. Arrangements by Borthwick Mortuary.
