Sewer project meeting slated

Kailua residents will have an opportunity to air their concerns about a traffic-control plan for the Kalaheo Avenue sewer reconstruction project, which has been under way for about a month, at 7 p.m. Wednesday at St. Anthony's Parish Hall, 148 Makawao St.

The city and the contractor had wanted to give the plan a trial run before making any changes. The purpose of the meeting is to review the plan and gather community response.
