Learning to think fast when needed
This Easter, my hanai nephew, Daniel, was at an Easter-egg hunt on the North Shore.
I guess he was in one of his moods ("I'm 7, I don't have to do this anymore," or something) when one of the ladies came up to him and said, "Honey, don't you wanna join in? It's for kids up to 12 years old."
Then she asked him how old he was.
"Thirteen," he said.
Submitted by Raymond Richards, Makiki, who adds that Daniel eventually did hunt the eggs.
