Engagements

Crystal Lee Aguinaldo, daughter of Domingo Aguinaldo of Lihu'e, Kaua'i, and Sylvia Corpuz of Marukina, Philippines, and Kenler Schwartz, son of Dora Schwartz of Honolulu and the late George Schwartz, have announced their engagement. Aguinaldo, formerly of Lihu'e and now of Honolulu, is a student. Schwartz, of Honolulu, is a transportation supervisor. They plan to marry on Sept. 20 in Waikiki.

Mary and Tomas Lopez of Lakewood, Calif., formerly of Kailua, and Luigi Vespignani of Kane'ohe announce the engagement of their children, Lindsay Wellnitz and Marco Vespignani. Wellnitz is in sales and Vespignani is a medical student. Both are former Hawai'i residents now living in Seattle. They plan to marry Aug. 31 in Washington.

Jayne L. Sanner, daughter of Jerry L. and Shirley H. Sanner of Waipahu, and Vernon T. Kleinschmidt Jr., son of Vernon T. Kleinschmidt Sr. of Pearl City and Apaula Peni of Lawton, Okla., announce their engagement. Kleinschmidt is a police officer. The couple, both of Waipahu, plan to marry June 28 in Honolulu.
