The state Department of Human Services is asking for the public's help in finding three teenagers who have been missing since last year.
William U. Lee, 16, is about 5 feet 11 inches tall and 170 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and tanned skin. He has tattoos, including one on his upper right arm that reads "LEE" in vertical letters. Lee, who is enrolled in Roosevelt High School, has been known to frequent the Waikiki area, especially around the International Market Place, officials said.

Tiffany Pimental, 16, is about 5 feet 1 1/2 inches tall and 140 pounds. Pimental has black hair and tanned skin, and has been known to frequent the Wai'anae area, officials said.
Charla Jean Young, 16, is about 5 feet 4 inches tall and 125 pounds with brownish-black hair and tanned skin. She has tattoos on her legs and a pierced tongue. Young, who is enrolled in Wai'anae High School, has been known to frequent the Wahiawa and Waipahu areas, officials said.
The department is focusing on these three separate cases because of the length of time they've been missing and because there is a concern for their health and well-being, said department social worker Alana Jossem.
Pimental was last seen in Waipahu Aug. 12. Lee and Young were last seen Sept. 21 and Oct. 8, respectively.
Anyone with information about the missing teens are asked to call the department at 832-5300.
