VALENTINE "SONNY" DUDOIT, 84, of Wai'anae, died April 30, 2003. Born in Honolulu. A retired fireman with the Honolulu Fire Department and founder of Hui O Hawai'i of San Diego, Calif. Survived by wife, Loretta; sons, Sonny and Blakely; daughters, Yvonne Kanuha and Billie Gene Newman; 17 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. IGNACIO RIVERA, 70, of Waipahu, died May 1, 2003. Born in Honolulu. Retired detective lieutenant with the Honolulu Police Department.
