Herman Frazier is still debating what to do.

"I'll probably debate about that some more; I haven't come to a conclusion yet," Frazier said yesterday. "I'll talk to the legal counsel."
In the wake of conduct issues that have cost Alabama football coach Mike Price and Iowa State basketball coach Larry Eustachy million-dollar jobs in a three-day span, Frazier said he had also been examining the language in UH contracts. "I have been reviewing them in the last couple of days and they do not (contain conduct clauses)," he said.
"There are some things in there that talk about acting in the best interest of the institution. But it doesn't talk about the moral clause."
But Frazier said, "let's not over-react. You have two very high-profile incidents recently but you don't let that determine what happens to everybody in our industry. That shouldn't give our industry a black eye."
Frazier's contract says he may be terminated for conduct, "that constitutes moral turpitude or that would tend to bring public disrespect, contempt or ridicule upon the institution" or actions that "in the sole judgment of the Board (of Regents) reflect adversely upon the university."
