Tonight's Must-See

"ER," 9 p.m., NBC. For its 200th episode, "ER" tries a fresh plot device. On a day complicated by a solar eclipse, it leaps between day and night shifts. In the day, Dr. Carter (Noah Wyle) nearly has a meltdown while treating a gang-banger, a Buddhist nun and a heart-attack victim. At night, Dr. Pratt (Mekhi Phifer) has his final day as a resident. He treats a burned firefighter and a pregnant woman who was attacked.

Of Note

"Survivor: The Amazon," 7 p.m., CBS. The field is trimmed to the final four. During the two-hour finale at 8 p.m. Sunday, one will win $1 million.

"Friends," 7 p.m. to 7:40 p.m., NBC. This expanded episode continues the romantic complications surrounding Charlie, the beautiful paleontologist played by Aisha Tyler. Tonight, Rachel is mean to her.

"WILL & GRACE," 8:20 to 9 p.m., NBC. Minnie Driver returns as the mistress of Karen's estranged husband, Stan. But he dies during divorce proceedings and now both women worry about what's in his will.
