• A male passenger injured in a May 2 collision on Makakilo Drive is 14 years old. A Local News brief posted May 4 and a Local News story posted Tuesday reported the wrong age.

• Virginia Seng, a supporter of a ban on smoking in bars, cited the Lava Lounge in Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park as evidence that such a ban won't hurt bar businesses. The Lava Lounge banned smoking last year. The name of another business was given in a Local News story posted yesterday.

• Clinton Moncata, who has been indicted on a charge of kidnapping a contestant in the Miss Hawaiian Tropic Pageant, lives in Kailua. Enrico Castillo-Jimenez, charged in the same case, lives in Hale'iwa. Information in a Local News story posted yesterday was incorrect.
