Tonight's Must-See

"Everybody Loves Raymond," 8 p.m., CBS. In next week's episode, Robert and Amy get married. So tonight, Ray hosts two bachelor parties; the second draws Amy's eccentric father (Fred Willard) and brother (Chris Elliott).

"Women on Top: Hollywood and Power," 7 & 9:55 p.m., AMC. Women head three of the big studios — Paramount, Universal and Sony. They head all four major guilds — the ones for actors, directors, writers and producers. More importantly, they are not confined to softer subjects. This well-crafted documentary talks to "Peacemaker" director Mimi Leder, "Pulp Fiction" editor Sally Menke and the producers of "Spider-Man," "X-Men" and "Mission Impossible."

Of Note

"Fear Factor," 7 p.m., NBC. Here's the season finale with four people competing for $100,000.

"Boston Public," 7 p.m., Fox. Whitney Houston plays herself in an episode that begins with students cruelly making a male classmate think Houston will be his prom date.

"Behind the Camera: The Unauthorized Story of 'Three's Company,' " 8 p.m., NBC. "Three's Company" was a TV phenomenon that leapt to the top and then gradually crumbled. This movie has trouble dealing with the first part and it never really conveys the elements — freshness, farce and sex appeal — that made the show a hit. It's better in the second half.

"The Diary of Ellen Rimbauer," 8 p.m., ABC. Last year, Stephen King's "Rose Red" miniseries took us to a haunted mansion. Now this movie flashes back to 1904 so we can see how the haunting began.

"CSI: Miami," 9 p.m., CBS. While investigating a murder, Horatio and his staff are almost killed.
