• A City Council Budget Committee meeting is scheduled for May 22-23. A Local News story posted yesterday gave an incorrect date.

• Edward Johns of Waiakea High School received a McDonald's Restaurants of Hawai'i scholarship. His name was misspelled in a Local News story posted Friday.

• Benny and Florentina Marquez met during World War II when both were working at Hickam Field. They married two years after that first spark was struck. A Local News story posted yesterday gave a different time frame.
