Tonight's Must-See

"The 30th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards," 7 p.m., ABC. This show moves to prime time, and it's been expanded to three hours. The hot newcomer this year is Phil Maguire and his "Dr. Phil" show. Other nominees for best talk show are "The Wayne Brady Show," "The View," "Soap Talk" and "Live With Regis and Kelly."

Of Note

"Me, Myself and Irene" (2000), 7 p.m., Fox. Jim Carrey stars as a sweet-spirited cop whose alter ego is a psycho. Caught between the personalities is Irene, played by Renee Zellweger.

"Recipe for Disaster," 7 p.m., Pax TV. When parents (John Larroquette and Lesley Ann Warren) are away, kids run the family restaurant.

"Comedy Central Presents: Charlie Viracola," 7 p.m., Comedy Central. Here's a comedian worth following. Viracola's targets are easy enough, but he approaches them with wit and a breezy delivery.

"Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," 8 & 9 p.m., NBC. Both episodes deal with rape victims. In the first, a rerun, the victim is comatose and pregnant. In the second, the victim is a 15-year-old who slipped into a nightclub.
