ATA adding summer flights

ATA Airline Inc., responding to increased demand, will add 10 flights per week from San Francisco to Honolulu beginning next month.

The company currently flies seven times a week from San Francisco to Honolulu. It's adding the extra flights through September.



HTA cancels Tokyo bridal fair

The Hawai'i Tourism Authority said it canceled a bridal and honeymoon fair scheduled for this month in Tokyo.

Instead, the tourism authority has stepped up its presence at similar shows put on by other groups throughout Japan this spring.



HVCB to exhibit in St. Louis, Mo.

The Hawai'i Visitors & Convention Bureau said it will take its exhibit booth next week to St. Louis, Mo., where more than 5,700 travel professionals will assemble for the nation's largest gathering of wholesalers and tour operators from more than 70 countries.
