"Everybody Loves Raymond," 8 p.m., CBS. Wrapping up a wonderful season, "Raymond" has its wedding.

"Martha Inc.: The Story of Martha Stewart," 8 p.m., NBC. Cybill Shepherd turns Stewart into a Jekyll-and-Hyde delight.

Of Note

"ABC's 50th Anniversary Celebration," 7 p.m., ABC. The network pauses to celebrate the good stuff.

"7th Heaven," 7 p.m., WB/KFVE. The season ends with issues of life, death, pregnancy and a gentler question: Will Simon take Christine (Tara Lipinski) to the prom?

"Mr. Personality," 8 p.m., Fox. With only two guys left Hayley makes her choice.

"Everwood," 8 p.m., WB. Dr. Brown (Treat Williams) performs a second surgery to save teenage Colin (Mike Erwin).

"CSI: Miami," 8:45 p.m., CBS. Horatio (David Caruso) is investigating a prison killing when he sees deadly convicts making a daring escape.
