Spritz on an instant flour coating

Spray your meat: Forget the mess of tossing meat with flour before browning (as many slow-cooker recipes instruct). Spray the meat with the oil-and-flour spray Baker's Joy (sold in supermarkets near other spray oils), then brown it.
